Returns

1. Eligibility

We accept returns on products that have been purchased with the standard colour choice displayed in the main product image.
Customised products, including those with colour changes or personalisation, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or contain defects.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the product is eligible for return based on the criteria mentioned above.
